The Business Change Team is responsible for identification, escalation, management and resolution of business challenges whilst understanding wider transformational projects and the impact these may have.

Are you passionate about change?

In this varied role you will be supporting the team working on initiatives across both the Sales and Non-Sales areas of the business. You will be required to complete small scale process improvement initiatives and documentation. The role will, in the main, focus on process and people changes that do not need/will reduce the need for a system change request however supporting larger transformation projects will also be required.


As a Business change Analyst, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Support the collation of Business Projects via the ‘Change Forum'
  • Support Transformational projects
  • Report progress and challenges to the Business Change Manager
  • Champion Business Change throughout the organisation via training
  • Document Processes as required


What we need from you 

  • Demonstrable Business Change Experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage own workloads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
