Driving renewal success across the Cisco portfolio
 
As a Cisco Renewals Product and Services Executive, you will be an analytical, proactive and outgoing team member who can manage multiple initiatives while supporting Cisco Renewals across the full portfolio. You will be part of the Cisco Customer Experience team within our wider NetCon Practice, working closely with Cisco Business Managers, Customer Success Managers and collaborating with Account Managers and Sales Specialists across the organisation

As a Cisco Renewals Product and Services Executive, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Providing early visibility of upcoming Cisco renewals and supporting business managers with timely updates
  • Delivering clear, actionable insights to EA, Networking, Services and Architectural teams to uncover EA, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Supporting regional Business Managers and the Cisco Services Alliance Executive by providing insights that strengthen campaigns, initiatives and the wider services pipeline
  • Reviewing Planhat renewal triggers, collaborating with Customer Success and Technical Success Managers and identifying expansion opportunities within renewal engagements
  • Engaging proactively with Cisco's aligned renewals team to streamline communication, assess renewal risk and enhance collaboration
  • Continuously providing insights that improve renewals processes and help maximise renewals revenue and profitability

 

We'd love you to have  

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate positively across teams
  • An analytical and proactive approach, with confidence in managing your own responsibilities independently
  • Good organisational skills and a willingness to contribute to an inclusive, supportive team environment
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to other Softcat or Cisco offices when needed.
  • An interest in the IT market, with full training and development provided
