The Contracts Enablement Team enhance Softcat's value and reputation by fulfilling commitments via the contracts that Softcat have been awarded. In Public Sector, this relates to frameworks, and in Corporate, to sole supply contracts for large and complex customers.

This forms a critical part of Opportunity Management within Softcat's largest contracts, specifically within the onboarding and delivery stages. Within the team are a variety of skillsets including portal management, procurement advice, compliance, reporting, data analysis, contract support, catalogue management and training

As a Contracts Enablement Support you will be supporting the wider Contracts Enablement team to fulfil contractual commitments for both customers and framework authorities. This will involve providing support across a range of responsibilities including managing opportunity portals, MI reporting, and providing contract support.

As Contract Enablement Support, you'll be responsible for: 

• Monitoring in-bound notifications for tender opportunities and distributing these to the correct individuals within the Sales Department.
• Assisting Account Managers with use of portals and bid uploads.
• Completing monthly MI reports for framework authorities
• Supporting transition tasks to launch newly awarded contracts to the business
• Supporting the Contract Manager in the end‑to‑end administration of public sector frameworks.
