Partner with the best 

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and is confident enough to work with a variety of people within our partners and Softcat. The role will require excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. The role incorporates a mixture of commerciality, sustainability, support and interaction with internal stakeholders.

As a Customer Advisor (Supply Chain Services), you'll be responsible for:

  • Helping to educate Softcat Account Managers on how to identify and qualify supply service opportunities 
  • Helping deliver supply chain services to customers with a focus on lifecycle services
  • Aiding and assisting Softcat Account Managers in building solutions based on customer requirements, taking them through discovery phase as well defining and designing the solution 
  • Working closely with partners to build out customer solutions based on their capabilities and strengths  
  • Co-ordination of the offers received from the partner network and ensuring service level agreements are met
  • Day to day management of opportunities to include co-ordination of collections, reporting, and internal communication across multiple Softcat departments

 

What we need from you 

  • Experience in working in a busy environment handling multiple work streams 
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Interest in IT
  • Self-starter, well-organised with good attention to detail 
  • Experience in IT services is preferred but not essential

  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
