Part of the Tech & Services division, the Services Governance department is a dynamic group made up of specialised teams and subject matter experts, including Service Architecture, Commercial, Continual Service Improvement, Data & Reporting, and Governance, Risk & Compliance.

You will create and manage reporting related to our Tech & Services business, KPI & SLA reporting, trend analysis across Tech & Services, customer reporting and our service portfolio. You will collaborate with various teams to advise and enable their use of reporting tools to manage their own reporting needs related to Tech & Services. You will work with our IT department to input to and ensure we are adhering to data governance and reporting frameworks. The role requires an element of championing data stewardship, and feedback to IT regarding our technical & business requirements to support the reporting and data insights.
As the Data & Reporting Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Contributing to the reporting framework and collaborating to implement it across various parts od the business.
- Work closely with our IT teams to develop our tools and technical capabilities.
- Work with our Customer Experience team to deliver and improve our reporting capabilities for customers.
- Produce reports to support operational, tactical and strategic audiences including audit, compliance, and service portfolio activities.
- Proactively managing reporting, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may occur, collaborating with other teams where required.
We'd love you to have:
- Experience and technical understanding of the following:
- ServiceNow
- PowerApps and Power Automate
- Report creation and data modelling in PowerBI
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities to identify trends and insights from data.
- Experience of data modelling, creating visualisations and data story telling is desirable.
- Ideally ITIL Foundation level qualified.
- Desirable Microsoft platform accreditations
- Hold or be eligible to gain SC clearance.
