The Multinational team help with the selling of products and services across different countries and regions around the world. Internationally based organisations find sourcing IT to be more complex compared to companies operating in one country or region. This is because of various factors such as local regulations, cultural differences, language barriers, currency exchange rates and logistics. Support our international teams 

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the Multinational EMEA sales team. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration and support, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.

As Sales Support Executive, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Request and provide quotes from our Softcat Netherlands supply chain and EMEA partner network directly to our customers
  • Work with vendors and distributors to maximise GP through various deal registration programmes and bid requests
  • Understand the processes of vendors, distributors and partners across EMEA, how they differ from the UK and clearly communicate this with our UK&I Sales Team
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales team members on all matters related to sales support

 

What we need from you

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
