The primary purpose of this role is to respond very promptly and professionally to email and support queries sent to the eBusiness Team

The role of eBusiness Executive involves answering queries, making configuration changes to permissions, restrictions and settings for users, helping and advising both internal and external customers on eBusiness matters and generally supporting all users of the platform. The role includes supporting the eBusiness Specialist with occasional, online customer video calls and basic internal sales staff training. 

As eBusiness Executive, you'll be responsible for: 

• Answering email / support queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions and solutions
• Amending settings and permissions for Softcat and customer users on the eBusiness platform
• Supporting internal and external customers with their use of Softcat's eBusiness platform
• Demonstrate Softcat's eBusiness capabilities to customers, typically via MS Teams or similar
• Support the delivery of basic internal training and awareness sessions with Softcat staff
