Empowering Global Growth Through Strategic Alliances

As a Vendor Alliance Associate - EMEA, this is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team driving Softcat's international expansion. This is an entry level role into our Multinational team where your contributions will play a key role in shaping global strategy, strengthening vendor partnerships, and delivering meaningful outcomes for customers across diverse markets. Through collaboration at scale, you'll help elevate Softcat's presence and influence on the global stage.

As aVendor Alliance Associate , you'll be responsible for: 

 

  • Supporting vendor onboarding, gap analysis, and framework alignment, while managing ad-hoc requests and maintaining strong communication with vendors and distributors
  • Collaborating with EMEA Sales Specialists and Distribution partners to streamline vendor engagement and drive sales enablement
  • Managing vendor programs, rebates, MDF, and incentive tracking, while monitoring key initiative metrics to support performance
  • Coordinating go-to-market activities and campaign execution with internal and external teams
  • Maintaining the EMEA Vendor Handbook, tracking vendor updates, supporting sales playbook creation, and assisting with pipeline and issue management
  • Working cross-functionally with UK and US Alliance teams and internal departments to align on best practices and improve operational processes

 

We'd love you to have 

  • Prior experience in vendor management, sales operations, or alliances within the IT industry would be desirable
  • Understanding of Vendor frameworks and GTM strategies & skilled in tracking vendor performance and supporting sales enablement efforts
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring smooth execution of vendor-related processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement
