As a Junior IAM Engineer, you will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management solutions, ensuring robust security and seamless user experiences. You'll work closely with senior engineers and stakeholders across IT, security, and business units to support automation and optimisation of IAM processes, while learning modern technologies and best practices.

As the Junior IAM Engineer, you'll be responsible for: 

• Support the development and management of IAM policies, roles, and users across cloud and on-premises environments, following least privilege principles.
• Assist in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for scalable IAM deployments
• Help design and automate identity workflows and integrations using technologies such as Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, ServiceNow, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline IAM processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for IAM processes and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other teams to deliver technology-driven IAM solutions.

We'd love you to have:

• Some experience or strong interest in IAM concepts and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and identity standards (SAML, OpenID Connect) is desirable
• Understanding of IT security principles and access control fundamentals
• Enthusiasm to learn Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation tools.
