As our business grows and evolves it is essential that we have a set of reliable, scalable yet flexible systems that can drive us forward.The Business Systems Team are responsible for the design, delivery, and management of these key business applications. In support we work in conjunction with an ever-increasing number of Vendors, Partners, and Softcat Stakeholders.

Softcat is embarking on a multi-year Sales system replacement programme using on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), PROS smart CPQ and Copilot platform. As a Functional Integration Analyst you will be an integral part of the Systems Development team ensuring a high level of quality in project deliveries

 

The role

The successful candidate will have a key role in all systems deliveries with the chance to make a significant impact on the quality of our output. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and various enterprise applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement integrations that enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of CRM processes.

 

As Integration Analyst, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for CRM integration
  • Process Analysis - Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Integration Specification - Specifying the target integrations — both functional and non-functional attribute
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between CRM systems and other enterprise applications
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data flow between systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency

 

We'd love you to have

  • Experience, ERP/CRM
  • Enthusiasm to learn new tools, skills and knowledge
  • A pragmatic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for testing and a keen eye for detail
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as APIs, middleware, and ETL processes
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to analyse complex business requirements and design effective integration solutions
