Enabling Sales Excellence through strategic learning and development

About the Role:

We're transforming the way we enable our sales teams and sales leaders to perform, grow and succeed. A key part of that transformation is our on-demand Sales Academies, which will give our people clear, practical and outcome-focused learning when they need it.  We've already built the core structure for the academies. By joining the team that is building the learning assets that sit behind them, you'll help bring the academies to life and turn the structure into practical learning people can access, use and apply.

You'll help shape and agree the briefs, then work from academy plans and subject matter input to design, build and refine high-quality learning content across our sales and sales management capability programmes.

You'll create a blend of learning content, including:

  • Static and interactive documents, such as PDFs, guides and presentations
  • Videos using user-generated content
  • AI-generated videos using Synthesia
  • E-Learning modules
  • Instructional how-to videos using screen recordings
  • AI scenario practice, including scoping, prompting and build
  • In-person and virtual workshops, including action learning set design

We'd love you to have:

  • Strong instructional design experience, with the ability to design clear, practical and outcome-focused learning.
  • Experience turning learning briefs, stakeholder input or subject matter expert content into high-quality learning assets that support academy build and delivery.
  • Experience building learning content and resources for structured academies, learning pathways or capability programmes.
  • Experience using digital learning tools such as Articulate, Synthesia, screen recording software or similar.
  •  Experience working in a fast-paced business environment, managing competing priorities and delivering multiple projects to tight deadlines.

We also acknowledge that the confidence gap and imposter syndrome are a real thing and can get in the way of us meeting fantastic talent, so please don't hesitate to apply – we would love to hear from you!

Work in a way that works for you

We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:

  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
  • Working flexible hours - flexing the times you start and finish during the day
  • Flexibility around school pick up and drop offs

Working with us

Wherever you work, we want you to experience the freedom and autonomy to realise your potential. You will feel supported by a team that celebrates individuality, encourages different perspectives, and embraces every background.
