As a Microsoft Corporate Executive, you will support a defined customer group by working closely with the Corporate Account Management team, using your expertise in Microsoft products, technologies and agreements to provide accurate and strategic advice. Your guidance will help customers make informed decisions, stay compliant and maintain their commercial advantage.

As a Microsoft Corporate Executive, you'll be responsible for: 

• Responding to internal email queries from the Microsoft Corporate team inbox
• Supporting Account Managers in customer calls and meetings to help position and sell Microsoft products
• Understanding customer business and technical requirements and recommending the best options for them
• Continuously learning and upskilling on Microsoft product sets and licensing agreements
• Delivering training to Softcat's SDP Account Managers
• Supporting Softcat's go to market strategy by contributing to internal campaigns

What we need from you

  • Enthusiasm for growing and developing your Microsoft licensing knowledge
  • Strong and clear communication skills, with confidence engaging customers
  • Ability to explain Microsoft products and licensing in an accessible way
  • Curiosity, a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and contribute
