Do you have a passion for Customer excellence?

As a Microsoft Technical Success Manager, you will be given the opportunity to represent Softcat's biggest partner by building excellent relationships with our Mid-Market to Enterprise customers.

 

As a Microsoft Technical Success Manager, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Providing technical guidance, best practise, and remediation steps allowing them to successfully onboard their users to Microsoft Office 365 
  • Attending customer welcome calls to support CSM's on more technically minded questions 
  • Leading technical workshop discussions with customers across specific M365 workloads providing technical guidance on best practise tailored approaches to allow them to achieve their goals
  • Maintaining ownership of the technical workshop engagements through their lifecycle to a satisfactory customer resolution

 

We'd love you to have

  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team
  • Practical ability and knowledge of the full M365 stack
  • Experienced in managing on premises Microsoft applications, server technologies and roles required for hybrid solutions

  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
