As a Multinational Services Logistics Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of international service projects for multiple multinational clients. You will be responsible for directing diverse logistics activities, including data centre projects, lifecycle management, export and import operations, warehousing, and ensuring adherence to customs regulations.

You will be collaborating closely with account managers, multinational team, partners, and internal service teams, your role aims to enhance our international service portfolio, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency across our international service network.

As Multinational Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: 

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day and long-term international logistics tasks, encompassing lifecycle management, data centre projects, logistics operations, export and import processes, and warehousing.
• Collaborate with account management and customers to support complex international service projects, ensuring transparent and regular communication on order status and delivery expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments, adhering to relevant guidelines and procedures.

We'd love you to have

• Background in a relevant field preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Account Management, or Support, or similar practical experience.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for international logistics operations and a keen interest in the growth of Softcat Multinational.
• Eagerness to comprehend export and import processes, customs regulations, and compliance procedures.
