Join our Partner Alliance Team
The PA Team are responsible for managing and developing relationships with specialist Public Sector partners, working closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders to drive growth, customer success, and strategic collaboration across the Public Sector market.
As a Partner Alliance Internal Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the account manager in developing and maintaining relationships with Softcat's Public Sector partners. You will support a Partner Account Manager with their activities which will include partner onboarding, manage partner activities, track opportunities and help deliver successful projects.
As Partner Alliance Internal Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the onboarding process of new Partners uncovered from proactive activities of Senior Partner Account Managers.
- Assisting with the management of the sales cycle and Partner relationship development as a result of the above.
- Tracking and monitoring the success of large or complex project deliveries.
- Identifying, generating and managing additional opportunities from new and existing Partner relationships.
- Dealing with customer and account manager enquiries.
