Are you passionate about product development?

As Product Owner you will dedicate your time to listening to our customers, analysing their behaviour, and using that knowledge to create and prioritise user stories for our development teams. You will use your experience, pragmatism, and passion to create and continuously improve products that our customers love. You also will be working closely with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure they feel just as excited and involved as you do about our product roadmaps.


As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Working closely with key stakeholders you will own product direction, design, and strategy
  • Communicate voice of the customer to development team
  • Provide support and guidance to our Technology Onboarding Managers to ensure the successful delivery of all features and improvements on the roadmap
  • Evaluate opportunities and determine which development features add the most value to our business and customers, and prioritise accordingly
  • Using Agile methodologies, scope solutions into smallest coherent state for swift delivery to customers
  • Track and communicate product roadmap, progress, and delivery to internal and external stakeholders, whilst Interpreting objective and opportunities into definitive and tangible solutions


What we need from you 

  • Experience in coordinating, managing and delivery of a technical product lifecycle
  • Aptitude to pick up new technologies and provide training to other member of the wider engineering teams
  • Define acceptance criteria for a product for features and continuous product development
  • Define and analyse the metrics that determine the success of a product
  • Strong analytical approach with a consistent focus on data and rapid testing

  • Hybrid working – 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home
