As a support for the Sales Manager in the Marlow Office, you'll be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in delivering strong performance against budget and employee satisfaction of teams within Marlow. To help achieve this you'll be responsible for co-ordinating, supporting and planning various tasks, meetings and data which supports the Sales Manager on a daily basis.

As a Sales Manager Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Positive and proactive approach to supporting SMs
- Assist with delivery of quarterly pulse survey in conjunction with STL or Priority Lead including collation of PowerPoint and follow up actions
- Support with the data from the annual employee survey results and support with presenting to wider management.
- Support with account distribution in conjunction with STLs and existing processes
- Assisting SM/STL with collating the SM meeting agendas including collation of top forecasted deals
- Assist SM with driving completion of sales forecast
- Assist SM with collation of monthly sales forecast for discussion in SM meeting
- Attendance of SM and TL meetings to assist with notes, collation of actions and sharing accordingly
- Attendance of Office Manager meetings to assist with notes and collation of actions and sharing accordingly
- Attendance at ad hoc meetings for general support purposes at the request of SM
- Undertaking actions from sales management meetings where appropriate
Office and Customer
- Support STL/TL's with arranging Incentives - Killerboard, Place to win a space, new business
- Help track measurables of any key incentives and initiatives we are running – eg, L&C, new business incentive, Microsoft CSP incentive etc
- Support in organising new start welcome lunches
- Owning of room bookings for SM, TL and Office Leadership Meetings
- Support and organise customer events, such as customer golf days
