Lead our creative team 

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the newly created Softcat Studio. You and your team will be responsible for bringing the creative vision of the brand to life, supporting the creative needs of the business and creating compelling campaigns for our sales teams to go to market with. You will be responsible for managing all elements of the studio function including a team of 3 other creatives (Graphic Designers and Videographer).


As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Taking full ownership of the brand execution and consistency
  • Managing and supporting your team, performing all day-to-day management responsibilities i.e 1-1's and performance reviews
  • Working alongside the Marketing team to respond to creative briefs, either in support of the Softcat brand and our internal stakeholders or our go to market sales efforts
  • Managing workflow into the team and ensuring SLAs are met
  • Creating graphics for a wide range of initiatives from email, digital banners, web landing pages, brochures, and social media platforms
  • Providing support and guidance when working with our agencies, ensuring they work in accordance with our strategy and brand


What we need from you 

  • Qualifications in multimedia, graphic design or equivalent
  • Experience working with the Adobe Creative suite including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS would be advantageous
  • A passion for people development
  • Experience working with brand guidelines in a b2b environment

  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
