The Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for delivering consultative advice, expertise, and guidance to customers on technology strategy and how they can use technology to solve their business problems. This role spans the entire opportunity cycle from presales demonstration and enablement right through to driving successful adoption of the technology.

As Senior Solutions Architect - EUC, you'll be responsible for

• · Technical Advisory: Provide technical advisory services to customers, comparing and reviewing solutions from the market and making recommendations on the best solutions.
• · Solution Design: Discover and scope customer challenges, requirements, and outcomes for given projects. Design and document solutions that balance the requirements of customer solutions with the broader needs of the customer organisation.
• · Implementation: Lead the configuration and optimisation of EUC services, including Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Azure AVD, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Machines.
• · Management: Administer and enhance platforms such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Ivanti AppSense for software distribution, device compliance, and user profile management.
• · Security: Implement best practices for identity and security management using Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, and Active Directory.

We'd love you to have

• A proven background in Presales, Professional Services and Architecture Services from your previous Subject Matter Expert role
• · Experience of conducting customer meetings, whiteboarding and documenting solutions
• · A passion for technology and for making technology work for businesses
• · Ability to understand and ratify technical designs at high level
• · Strong understanding of Modern Management and associated platforms (Apple, Microsoft, Google and Linux)
• · Extensive knowledge of Citrix (DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Director), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Azure VMs, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti AppSense.
• · Proven expertise in OS image management, deployment strategies, and endpoint hardening
• · Experience with hybrid cloud environments integrating on-prem and cloud-based EUC solutions.
