The Service Introduction department is responsible for ensuring new and changed services, customers, and partners are introduced into live operations in a controlled, assured, and repeatable way. As a Principal Service Introduction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering higher-complexity, bespoke, strategic, or multi-tiered service and customer introductions into live operations. You will take hands-on ownership of complex introductions, ensuring services are introduced safely, on time, and to a high operational standard, while protecting customer experience and BAU operations.
As the Principal Service Introduction Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Translating service designs and change initiatives into clear, actionable operational requirements, support models, and readiness activities
- Owning and maintaining service transition plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinating technical and operational readiness across multiple teams, ensuring tooling, monitoring, access, documentation, and support processes are in place
We'd love you to have:
- Proven experience delivering complex service introductions or service transitions in enterprise or multi-supplier IT service environments
- Strong understanding of the service lifecycle, from design through onboarding to BAU operations
- Understanding of Design Thinking or Human Centred Design concepts
- Experience translating service designs into operational models, readiness activities, and support requirements
- Confident ownership of onboarding planning, governance, and delivery, including managing competing priorities
We also acknowledge that the confidence gap and imposter syndrome are a real thing and can get in the way of us meeting fantastic talent, so please don't hesitate to apply – we would love to hear from you!
