As our use of the ServiceNow platform continues to grow, we're looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to help shape the future of our digital workflows and service management capabilities. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering solutions across the ServiceNow platform whilst leading a small team of talented ServiceNow specialists. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts and stakeholders across the business, helping to drive innovation, automation and continuous improvement through ServiceNow.

As Service Now Technical Consultant (team lead), you'll be responsible for: 

• Designing and delivering scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Leading technical workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
•  Configuring and developing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Service Catalogue, CMDB and Flow Designer.
• Designing and maintaining integrations with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
• Managing and mentoring a small team of ServiceNow Developers and Administrators
• Supporting the professional development and growth of team members through coaching and regular one-to-ones
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  
  

We'd love you to have:

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of: JavaScript, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Service Portal / Workspaces, REST and SOAP integrations
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
