The Services Engagement department is a newly created team to support sales with the resourcing of all our Services Towers.

Your Role As part of a growing team, you'll have plenty of opportunity to contribute to improvements in process and efficiency, through innovation and idea sharing.

As Services Engagement Resource Planner, you'll be responsible for: 

• Advising internal customers on the correct resource for a project, whether an internal consultant or third party
  
• Inbox/ticketing management regarding Tech & Services queries
  
• Scheduling and coordinating engineers for projects and presales engagements; booking in admin and training days
  
• Ensuring engineers scheduled have the appropriate skills to meet customer and account manager expectations
• Assisting with cost recovery and invoicing consultants' time
  
• Keeping the Resource Desk documents and systems up to date

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport, with a focus on customer service
  
• Willingness to learn about the ins and outs of Services and becoming an expert in your field
  
• Attention to detail 
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  
• Desire to help people all over the business and willing to go above and beyond to build an appropriate solution
