As a Technical Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering Microsoft Copilot implementation projects across a range of customer environments, from small businesses to large enterprises. This includes designing and deploying Copilot agents, and solutions across Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and governance frameworks, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and fit for purpose. You'll also provide technical guidance to less experienced team members, support presales activities through customer engagement and requirement gathering, and produce clear documentation and handover to ensure successful solution adoption.

As Technical Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Taking responsibility for Microsoft Copilot implementation projects for a wide variety of small, medium and enterprise customers including deployments into new and existing environments. 
• Your primary focus will be to design and implement solutions geared towards Microsoft Copilot agents, Microsoft Copilot governance, SharePoint, and Power Platform. 
• Provide specialist guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues to ensure the continued growth and development of the team. 
• You'll be involved in supporting our presales efforts by advising our sales force, our customers and gathering requirements. 
• You'll ensure the solution you've delivered is functional, fit for purpose and that handover and relevant documentation is provided to our customers. 

We'd love you to have 

• Experience in designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot agents and able to demonstrate the skills of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) 
• Strong knowledge of services and concepts including data governance, workflow creation, and agent integration 
• Excellent communications skills, particularly with customers 
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills 
• You'll be an approachable and presentable individual, with an enthusiasm and passion for the technology areas you are aligned to
