Today's organisations require a better way to easily manage software across the entire lifecycle. This is delivered by Softcat's Vendor Customer Success Managers, who are a part of our wider Customer Experience Team. By becoming a member of the Customer Success team, you will be part of a group who are motivated to provide customers with the best experience by supporting them through their agreement lifecycles as well as ensuring that they are maximising their cloud investments.

As a Vendor Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Proactively support multiple opportunities and initiatives while building confidence and self-sufficiency within sales specialist teams

Apply strong knowledge of vendor architectures, pipeline management and sales support to drive effective outcomes

Engage Cisco Enterprise Agreement customers, shape Customer Success Plans and lead regular business reviews to strengthen relationships

Introduce and onboard customers into vendor programmes and portals while driving adoption and identifying growth opportunities

Maintain accurate data in Planhat, contribute to NPS improvement and seek efficiencies across Customer Experience processes

Support customer retention through excellent service, shared mailbox activities and involvement in wider team projects
