- Executing vendor engagement plans and Joint Business Plans in alignment with the Vendor Framework
- Building strong relationships with Alliance Managers, sales, and marketing to drive aligned and effective vendor activity
- Creating and delivering clear, consistent value propositions with internal stakeholders
- Planning and delivering targeted sales enablement, including training, incentives, and events
- Monitoring progress through regular performance reviews and sharing insights with key stakeholders
- Managing the team through recruitment, performance management, budgeting, and leading 1:1s and team meetings
