Your Role

As Business Change Coordinator you will be working in our growing IT Business Improvement and Risk Team supporting a number of business-critical IT transformation projects as well as our business as usual activities.

In this varied role you will be supporting the Business Change Manager working on initiatives across both Sales and Operational areas of the business.  You will be required to complete small scale process improvement initiatives and documentation.  The role will, in the main, focus around process and people changes that do not need/will reduce the need for system change requests however support to larger transformation projects will also be required.

What we need from you

  • Demonstrable experience in performing a similar role
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (optional)
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage own workloads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
