Develop awareness & knowledge across Cisco’s Services

This is a part of the Cisco strategic growth investment, and the key individual will play a vital role in both traditional Cisco practice as well as our Customer Experience framework.

As a Cisco Services Business manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting enablement & increasing awareness of the Cisco Services to our sales organisation
  • Increasing our Cisco Services opportunity base and providing early notification of upcoming Cisco Services Renewals to our sales teams
  • Increasing collaboration and streamline communication by proactive engagement with our aligned services team
  • Understanding upselling opportunities and work with our Cisco Business managers to increase awareness & enablement
  • Proactively contributing to pipeline management and maximising renewals revenue and profitability

 

What we need from you

  • Previous experience in a sales role with some knowledge of IT market
  • The proactivity to take ownership of your own business area
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with various teams
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and be an adept organiser
  • Ability to effectively run their area of business independently
