This is an exciting opportunity to join Softcat's fast growing Customer Experience function. You will be responsible, for managing up to six strategic accounts, reporting into the Customer Success Team Manager. Your attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service will contribute to overall success, customer satisfaction and retention of our customers.

Support our key strategic customers

This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving team within Softcat's fast growing Customer Experience function. You will remain part of the Account CSM Team focused exclusively on increasing value to our internal strategic sales directiors and their internal sales supports, as well as demonstrating value to some of Softcat's top customers.   Your attention to detail and helping support our drive for growth, will contribute to overall success of CSM and ultimately drive customer satsfaction and retention across the UK and beyond.

 

As an Account Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Driving the development of Account/Success plans, Stakeholder Mapping & Action Tracking for any given account for process improvement
  • Tracking renewal opportunities and supporting the ongoing positioning of Customer Experience and Customer Success Management within our sales teams
  • Onboarding of accounts and proactively supporting the team to provide structure and ensure all standards are being adhered to and met
  • Support the Softcat account team in extending and strengthening relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Providing regular communications to key stakeholders internally to report on CSM customers and collaborate with them to drive the value conversation
  • Consistently look at ways to improve our service, pro-actively gather feedback from customers and ensure this is shared with the appropriate people/teams across the business

 

What we need from you

  • Desire to support the Team manager with initiatives to improve Account CSM performance
  • Innovative and an ability to adopt process improvements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to customers.
  • Exposure of presenting to various stakeholders and be able to adapt different communication styles
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise requirements, whilst maintaining a focus on quality work
  • A passion for the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service
