The Reward Analyst role sits within the HR – Reward, Payroll & HR Services team, within a wider HR, Property & Facilities department. The team is responsible for the design and implementation of our Reward, Recognition, and Health & Wellbeing offering and paying employees in line with their contract. The HR Services area of this team is also on hand to answer HR queries and provide an HR administration service.

As a Reward Analyst you'provide analysis of compensation and benefits data as well as analysis of HR data for the wider department. You will carry out job evaluation and external benchmarking and will work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR Services, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, Company Secretarial and the wider business. This role will also provide analytical support for Remuneration Committee papers and associated administrative activity.
