Play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing plans for our specialist areas

This is an opportunity to join our newly created Programme and Services function to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans across our Softcat specialist areas. You will work with marketing professionals and collaborate cross-departmentally to execute innovative campaigns and initiatives across departments such as Multinational, Recruitment, HR and Learning & Development.

As our Senior Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for. 

• Working alongside our Senior Marketing Programme Manager and marketing teams to plan, develop and execute strategic marketing plans
• Collaborating with numerous departments across the business to align on marketing strategies and overall business objectives
• Driving brand awareness and positioning through consistent messaging, creative content and impactful storytelling
• Working alongside our Marketing Performance Manager to utilise data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, analyse results, and adapt strategies for continuous improvement
• Providing support in our multinational expansion efforts. This includes assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to effectively grow in new international markets
• Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and stay ahead in a competitive landscape

We'd love you to have 

• Demonstrable experience working in a B2B marketing role with a focus on developing and executing successful marketing plans
• Experience using multi-channel marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external marketing agencies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight timelines and manage multiple projects at one time
• A creative flair and a critical eye for detail
